Hi there! Welcome to my newsletter!
This is my first attempt to publish my thoughts and experiments with AI, exploring what I can create and learn along the way. For a long time, I’ve worked with data quietly, analyzing, modeling, optimizing. But lately, I’ve felt a pull to build something visible: tools, apps, and systems that people can actually use.
I’ve always loved the analytical side of data science, finding patterns, uncovering insights, automating workflows. But at some point, I realized something was missing. I was creating results, not products. I wanted to see my work live outside of Jupyter notebooks, to turn ideas into things that others can interact with. On top of that, most of my time is spent in full-time jobs, which means I don’t always have the freedom to build what I want or grow the way I’d like. I’m not complaining, it just makes me value the small pockets of time I do have even more. Those hours are where I want to focus, experiment, and push my own ideas forward. That’s how this journey started: I decided to start building publicly. Building in public is not about showing off code. It’s about thinking out loud. When you work solo, it’s easy to disappear into your own projects for months. By sharing what I’m exploring, I create structure, and hopefully connect with people who are walking a similar path. I’m not doing this to “teach,” at least not yet. I’m doing it to learn faster, think clearly, and build better through writing and feedback. I want to understand how ideas turn into products, and how data can shape useful tools, not just dashboards.
Over the next months, I’ll share small projects and thought processes: how I pick ideas, what I’m learning about AI automation, the systems I build, and even the reasoning behind certain design choices. Not tutorials, more like working notes for anyone curious about building intelligently and sustainably as a data scientist. I’ll publish here on Beehiiv and cross-post shorter thoughts on other social media platforms. This will be my place to think, document, and hopefully connect.
My goal is simple: build small, learn fast, and stay transparent about the process. I don’t have unlimited time, but I want to make the most of the time I do have to explore, experiment, and create. I’ll share the small steps, the ideas I test, and the lessons I pick up along the way. This isn’t about being perfect or having all the answers. It’s about showing the process, staying curious, and learning out loud. If that resonates, you’re in the right place, this is where I start.
Thank you for reading this first post, I really appreciate you taking the time. If you want to follow along, subscribe and you’ll get updates whenever I publish new experiments, reflections, or insights.
See you soon!
